Every semester is a new beginning and an opportunity to level up your skills and engagement as a college student! Many bright and capable students get overwhelmed by the sheer number of syllabi, 新课程, and new faces at the start of the semester, 也许会忘记 故意 engage in practices that set them up for success. This 工作shop will focus on syllabus review, setting up your weekly/daily schedule to make life easier, and an array of tips for college success that most of us aren’t taught!

All of us are guilty of becoming “highlighter happy” (highlighting everything) at least once in our lives! Most people have a preferred way to learn, and just highlighting course readings may not be the best way to optimize learning. This 工作shop will focus on the actual process of understanding patterns and connections among materials, and how to approach exams with confidence! There will be an emphasis on creating graphic organizers and using stress reduction techniques to focus the mind during exams.
